At the beginning of Fortnite, back in Chapter 1 Season 7, a friend and I often played with a girl named Clara. We had a lot of fun together, she and I. But I lost touch with her toward the end of 2019.

We played again briefly in 2021, during Chapter 2 Season 5, but since then… nothing. I sometimes wonder what she’s become, if she’s doing alright. It’s been four years now. Maybe she’s forgotten about me, but it’s okay — that’s life.
